We had three very successful and competent students travel to Auckland for the weekend competing in the NZ Aquabot competition. There were 53 teams in total representing primary, intermediate and secondary schools.
Our Y5/6 team consisting of: Heidi J, Georgia O and Matheson M came home with 3rd place.
This is an incredible achievement for the team and on behalf of all the Renwick students and staff we are all very proud of you.
A HUGE thank you to Miss Niederkrome who travelled with the team and who has supported the team over the past year with attending local events and Leisha M who also travelled to Auckland, helping with the organisation and supporting the team.
Greeting the team at the airport was illustrated how proud they were. Well done.
