Like a Boss
At our staff hui we were treated to a presentation from two of our young leaders teams about the journeys they have been on to create their business.
Each team, consisting between 3 - 5 people, each recieved $20 to get them started. This money is repaid back and the rest of the proceeds will go towards camp costs.
The teams talked about how they had to identify a business idea, tap into the community for support and then produce the product to then sell to the wider community.
The girls have created a t-shirt with their business on this, a great sale's pitch.
