Like a Boss trading week is in full swing at Renwick School — and the standard of products, stands, and business know-how from our young leaders has been truly impressive.
We have been highly impressed watching our young leaders organise, present, and run their businesses during trading week. The quality of both the products and the stands has been that of a truly professional operation — and it has been wonderful to see so many students and community members coming along to purchase.
All money raised goes towards end-of-year camp costs, and it’s been particularly heartwarming to hear students talk about how their efforts are helping their families cover those costs too.
Talking with the students about their experience has been a real highlight — the deep understanding they’ve developed of what it actually takes to run a business is remarkable. They should be incredibly proud of themselves.
Well done to the Kaitiaki whānau team — a fantastic effort all round!
